One of our categories will not allow the items to be resorted on our website so they appear in the order of color first and then size.
The category items are in the order that they should be on the back end. But not on the website.
We started new category and added the items in the order that they are to appear, but then shortly after they revert out of order.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks Gary for your reply.

We didn't have the issue when moving from 6 - 13, then to 14. Only when moving to 19.
The item pricing process worked in the testing of CB19, once live the problems started. It turns out Matt had been applying a patch which only works for a short period. He says that he isn't able to access the source code and CB won't do anything to help.

When we purchased in 2008, went live with 6 in 2011, I thought the beauty of the system was that any source code changes would be maintained when moving to new versions. Is that why we didn't have a problem upgrading from 6 to 13 then 14? Something has changed when we moved to 19 which requires changing the source code again? Will this happen again updating to future versions?

Hi Gary;
I appreciated your calling back in March and arranging to have partner assistance. We went live early June but have had many problems. Our site did work at one point for a few days but no longer does. All customers receive error after adding items to cart.
I don't feel it is appropriate to post the experience publicly.

Would you kindly contact me again? I called the USA office but only reached voicemail for sales dept. customer service dept. and general dept. I can be reached at 905 670 3346.

Thank you.

We have tried to move from version 14 to 19 since November 2017.
The first "Connected Business Partner" Netsam.
- Provided Requirements to CB partner
- CB Partner agreed on requirements and said its possible to deliver
- CB Partner took 9 months to show proof of concept which did not meet the requirements
- When attempted to communicate was slow to response
- Spent $13,000 CAD
- Did not respond when requesting for refund no reply or communication

Second "Connected Business Partner" - Jamie from Connected Business Canada with Alan from BSS (UK)
- CB Partner promised 6 week timeline
- CB Partner agreed on requirements and said its possible to deliver
- CB Partner showed initial concept only 6 weeks later (2 months ago) and were shown requirements again, no further website concept since
- It appears to take weeks for “appointment” to discuss project status.
- Spent $7500 CDN

$20,500 CDN and 15 months later it appears we are no further ahead. CB14 is long since supported and we face daily issues and crashes.

Our website is quite simple - not true eCommerce and an ordering system only.

Is there something we are doing wrong or is this typical when moving between versions?
