Has anyone tried to re-index their database and if so, were there any improvements in terms of how the CB app performs when loading forms, etc...

Reason why we're asking is that some of our DEVs tried to check the fragmentation level of the most commonly used tables and they were more than 90% fragmented, so was trying to check if re-indexing has already been performed by some of you here and if it would be a recommended practice to take
