Hello Voltex_Gabriel,

The only mobile app that has been created thus far is the Connected Warehouse but it does not tie into any order creation nor customer accounts.

On the other hand, there are available APIs in CB that you can consume to create your own mobile app. It is being used by the Connected Sale POS module. You can check it out by installing the Community Edition.

Are you still experiencing this problem? If so, may I suggest that you re-download again the same installer from your account portal and reinstall the system please? Also make sure all previously downloaded files are deleted in order to get a fresh copy from our server.
