Use eShopCONNECTED with Volusion

An eShopCONNECTOR is available for eShopCONNECTED to provide an interface to web sites built using Volusion. To use eShopCONNECTED with Volusion, You need to activate and configure the Volusion eShopCONNECTOR. See Volusion eShopCONNECTOR topic for details. Once you have activated the Volusion eShopCONNECTOR, you need to create an xml Generic Order export within Volusion. For information on how to do this, see http://devwiki.volusion.com/index.php/Orders_Export. We recommend that you select the All Fields option as this ensures that all the necessary fields are exported. Once you have created the order export, copy the URL that Volusion has created, which includes a username, password and all the other information necessary for eShopCONNECTED to download your orders, and paste it into the OrderPollURL field on the Volusion config form. After the remaining config settings have been entered and saved successfully, and you have started the eShopCONNECTED Windows Service, the eShopCONNECTED Volusion function requires minimal user intervention. The eShopCONNECTED Windows Service will poll the Volusion URL set in the OrderPollURL config setting at regular intervals defined by the OrderPollIntervalMinutes config setting and any orders received will automatically be imported into Connected Business.
