Maintain Bills / Purchase Invoice
This section will discuss on how to maintain bills and purchases in the Supplier module of the Connected Business.
Steps
- Select Find Bill/Purchase Invoice under the Bill drop down list of the Supplier module. A search list of bills is displayed.
- Select a bill record in the list to display the Bill form.
VIEW A DOCUMENT TRAIL FROM WHEN THE TIME OF PURCHASE UNTIL THE BILL WAS CREATED
From the Bill form, click on the Summary tab. The columns in this tab display a trail of the inventory item from when the item was ordered, received, and invoiced as well as the quantity left from the goods received and uninvoiced.
MANAGE SUPPLIER DEBTS AND PAYMENT
The Aged Credits tab of the Supplier detail form shows the supplier's aged credit and other credit information such as highest balances.
PAY BILLS
The Supplier Module allows you to pay suppliers:
VIEW ORDERED AND RECEIVED HISTORY OF ITEMS IN THE BILL
- From the Bill/Purchase Invoice form, select the line item in the Item tab then click on the Item History tab.
- Use the View Options to view the ordered or received history or both.
- Use the Date field to filter the history by date.
