Volusion eShopCONNECTOR

As part of the standard install, eShopCONNECTED creates a Volusion Connector source which requires a separate Activation Code to enable it.  If you want to use the eShopCONNECTOR for Volusion, then you need to set the enable Volusion checkbox in the Activation Wizard.  Once the Activation has been successfully completed, you can then configure the Volusion source.

The General config group contains many of the same settings as the Generic XML source. See Configuration Settings for the settings details.

The Volusion config group contains the settings which are specific to the Volusion source as follows:

SiteID	This is the identifier for your Volusion web site.  By default, it is set to Main for your first site. If you have more than one Volusion web site, you will need to select the required number of accounts in the Activation Wizard which will then allow you to enter multiple Site IDs. With multiple Site IDs, you can have different config settings for each site.
OrderPollURL	This is the URL which eShopCONNECTED polls for orders to download.  This should be set to the URL created by Volusion when you create the order export for eShopCONNECTED.  Please see the Using eShopCONNECTED with Volusion topic for details on how to set up an order extract in Volusion and create the URL string for this setting.
OrderPollIntervalMinutes	This setting defines the number of minutes that eShopCONNECT will wait between each poll to Volusion for orders.  By default, it is set to 15 minutes.
ISItemIDField	This setting defines whether Inventory Items are identified using the Interprise ItemCode or ItemName field.
Currency	This setting defines the Currency that eShopCONNECTED uses in importing records from this source.
AllowShippingLastNameBlank	This setting determines what action eShopCONNECT takes if the ShipLastName field in the Volusion XML order is blank. If set to No, and the ShipLastName field in the Volusion XML order is blank, the order will be rejected. If set to Yes, then the action taken depends on whether the ShipFirstName field in the Volusion XML order is blank or not. If both the ShipFirstName and ShipLastName fields in the Volusion XML order are blank, then the BillingFirstName and BillingLastName fields will be copied and used instead of the ShipFirstName and ShipLastName fields. If only the ShipLastName field in the Volusion XML order is blank and the ShipFirstName field is not blank, then the ShipFirstName field will be copied and used as the ShipLastName field.
AccountDisabled	This setting defines whether the Volusion SiteID is active or disabled.
