Overview

The Overall Aged Debt menu item allows you to view analysis of the overall aged debt through the Overall Aged Debt analysis form. 

 


View Overall Aged Debts

Steps

  1. From the Customer module, select Overall Aged Debts under the Credit menu of the Customer Module. The Overall Aged Debts form will display. 

  2. Here are the sections in the Overall Aged debt form and their descriptions:
    1. The General tab of the Overall Aged Debt form shows a bar graph and a pie graph representing the aging of all outstanding balances.
    2. The Detail section shows the customer balances (from the last year to date turnover to the current year to date turnover) and the aging of all outstanding balances. Drilling down the Customer Code will display the Customer detail form focusing on the Credit/Receivables tab.

    Make sure that the Credit menu is set to Unhide. You may configure this by going to System module > Customize tab > Role. For more information on how to do this, please refer to Enable Or Disable Ribbon Menu Items.

Filter the List of Aged Debts

The Aged Debt list can be filtered by Date References or Bracket (days)



  1. The Date Reference allows you to show the aged debt list by Document Date or by Due Date.
  2. The Bracket (days) allows you to select the bracket (no of days) for each aging interval.

Modify the Graph Appearance

  • Left-click on an area in the graph, then move your mouse to view/analyze the graphs.

  1. Click on the Print button from the toolbar menu. The Print Preview window will display the Overall Aged Debt/Credit List.

Print the Aged Debt Analysis

  1. Right-click on the chart area and select Toolbar from the options. The chart toolbar will display above the chart area.
  2. Click on the Print button to display the Print Dialog window.
