Use eShopCONNECTED with Channel Advisor
An eShopCONNECTOR is available for eShopCONNECTED to provide an interface to the Channel Advisor web marketing service.
To use eShopCONNECTED with Channel Advisor,
- You need to activate and configure the Channel Advisor eShopCONNECTOR. See Channel Advisor eShopCONNECTOR topic for details.
- Once you have activated the Channel Advisor eShopCONNECTOR and edited and saved the config settings, the eShopCONNECTED Channel Advisor function requires minimal user intervention.
- The eShopCONNECTED Windows Service will poll Channel Advisor every 15 minutes and any orders received will automatically be imported into Connected Business.
- When orders are completed in Connected Business, the eShopCONNECTED Windows Service will automatically update Channel Advisor with the shipment details including any Tracking Numbers from the Connected Business Shipping module.
- Details of any errors will be sent to the nominated email address entered in the config settings.
