How to Set RMA Request Types

This article will demonstrate how to set return request types in the webstore.

This feature is only available in Connected Business v14 and higher.

1. Go to eCommerce module > Setup > Application Configuration. The Application Configuration form will be displayed.
   
   
2. Search for the RMARequestTypes appconfig. The RMARequestTypes appconfig form will be displayed.
   
   
3. Enter the preferred request types in the Config Value field then click Save and Close.

   In the webstore, the defined request types can be selected from the Request Type dropdown list.
