Woohaa! Upload Preferences
This article talks about configuring preference for uploading items in the Woohaa! Network.
As a Woohaa! supplier, you are given the ability to upload your products through the Woohaa! Network. This gives you the opportunity to expand your network as your items will be visible to all Woohaa! retailers.
Configure Upload Preferences
Before you can upload your products in the Woohaa! Network, you need to configure your upload preferences.
These upload preferences are for suppliers only.
To configure upload preferences,
- Go to Woohaa! module ► Setup and select My Preferences option. The Woohaa! Preference form will be displayed.

The following table shows the preferences for uploading items in the Woohaa! network.
Section Description Product Location for Woohaa! Upload Warehouse Code The location where all uploaded items will come from. Product Upload Options Include Product Accessories If ticked, all accessories for the selected items will be included in the upload process. Include Product Substitute If ticked, all substitutes for the selected items will be included in the upload process. Include Product Image If ticked, all images for the selected items will be included in the upload process. Webstore Service URL The CBE service URL or website used for retrieving images to be uploaded. This is only applicable when Include Product Image is enabled. You can click on Validate URL to verify the webstore service URL entered.
- After configuring the upload preferences, click OK to apply changes.
