Woohaa! Mapping

This article talks about mapping local data to the standard data of the Woohaa! network.

Your retailers or suppliers may not have the same categories or payment terms as you have in your system. That is why before you can upload or download items in the Woohaa! network, it is required to map your local categories, payment terms, unit measures, and shipping method to the standard data of the Woohaa! Network to classify your products correctly. The Woohaa! Network has pre-defined categories, payment terms, unit measures, and shipping methods to standardize the mapping of uploaded and downloaded items as well as submitted transactions.

To map your local data to the standard data of the Woohaa! Network,

1. Go to Woohaa! module > Setup and select Mapping option.
   
   
2. The Woohaa! Unified Mapping wizard will be displayed. By default, you will be directed to the Welcome page of the wizard if no data are mapped yet. (If there are data already mapped you will be directed to the Mapping page.) Click Next to continue.

3. In the Mapping page, you will see the local data that can be mapped in the Mapping checklist section. The following are the data which can be mapped to the Woohaa! Network.
   • Category
   • Payment Term
   • Unit Measure
   • Shipping Method

   If you have not mapped any data yet, all the mapping pages will be grayed out.

   When you select a mapping page, an arrow () will appear right beside the page to indicate the mapping page currently selected.

   After mapping, a check symbol () will appear right beside the page to indicate that there are data already mapped in the page.
   

4. By default, the Woohaa! system will automatically locate all existing local categories in your system and have it listed in the Unmapped tab of the Mapping Category page. To map a category, select a category from the Unmapped Categories list.

5. Select the category you want to map your local category with from the Woohaa! Category drop down list.
   
   
6. Click Next to go to the next page in the mapping checklist or click Finish to save and close the mapping wizard.

Categories that are already mapped will be listed in the Mapped Categories section. You can do the same mapping procedure for the Payment Term, Unit Measure and Shipping Method.
