View System Audit Trail

The System Audit Trail allows you to view the log of the transactions made within the system. The log contains detailed information about the transaction such as the user, date, time, transaction type and description, update action and related tables.

To view the system audit trail, go to System Manager > Audit Trail. The Audit Trail form will be displayed with the list of audit trail logs.

You can filter the data displayed by grouping the audit trail logs. To do this, simply click and drag a column header to the Drag a column header to group by that column area.

E.g. If you want to group the audit trail logs by date, click and drag the Date column header to the Drag a column header to group by that column area.

If you want to view the audit trail log details, select a log or double click on a log from the list. The details of the audit trail log such as the Document, Transaction Description, Updated Action, etc. will be displayed. Any changes made in the transaction will also be reflected in the Old Value and New Value columns.
