View Sales Order Reports
From the Open Sales Order section of the admin site you can view report details from each transaction listed therein. To do so,
- Log-in to your admin site. The Admin Site Home Page will be displayed.
- Go to the Open Sales Order section, then click on one of the Sales Order Codes. The corresponding report will be displayed.
- The Report viewer has a set of controls to help view or manage the document.
Report viewer Controls
- Display the Search Window
Whenever necessary, this brings out the search function for your report. - Print the Report
Brings out the Print Dialog of your current browser. -
Print Current Page
Brings out the Print Dialog to print the current page only. -
First Page
(When the report is 2 or more pages) This brings you to the first page of the report. -
Back
(When the report is 2 or more pages) This brings you to the previous page of the report -
Page Number
(When the report is 2 or more pages) The dropdown menu lets you select from the number of pages in the report to view. -
Next Page
(When the report is 2 or more pages) This brings you to the succeeding page of the report. -
Last Page
(When the report is 2 or more pages) This brings you to the last page of the report. - Export and Save
This saves the current report to your computer with your preferred file format from the File Format Chooser (#11). -
Export and View
This converts the report to your preferred file format from the File Format Chooser and transports it to another tab/window in your browser for you to view. -
File Format Chooser
This lets you choose from the different file formats available for you to export (functions #9 and #10) There are 7 different formats you can export your reports to:
PDF - Adobe Portable Document Format
XML - Extensible Markup Language
RTF - Rich Text Format
MHT - is MIME HTML, a markup language used to compile several webpages into one file. Also known as MHTML
TEXT - Exports the report in the .txt Notepad file format
CSV - Comma Separated Format, stores tabular data in plain text form. A common, relatively simple file format that is widely supported by consumer, business, and scientific applications.
IMAGE - Saves the report in .jpg image format.
