Overview

The Credit / Receivables tab of the Customer detail form are integrated Credit Control tools used to individually focus on the credit and receivables of a particular customer. 

 


View Customer Outstanding Balances

Steps

  1. From the Customer module, select Customer > Outstanding Balances. The Outstanding Balances form will display.

  2. Here are the sections in the Outstanding Balances form and their description.
      • The Filter section allows you to filter the outstanding balances by the recall date and the debt chaser assigned.
      • The Details section shows the details of the outstanding balances according to the assigned filter.
      • The Aged Analysis section displays a graph of the total outstanding balances by aging. The graph can be filtered according to date reference and bracket (by days).
      • The Balance Represents section displays a graph showing the total outstanding balance representation.

Filter the List of Outstanding Balances

Select a filter in the Filter section. You may filter the outstanding balance list by:

  1. Selecting Top # outstanding customers
  2. Selecting a Recall Date
  3. Selecting a Debt Chaser assigned

 


Print the Outstanding Balance Analysis

To print the chart area,

  1. Right-click on the chart area and select Toolbar. The chart toolbar will display above the chart area.
  2. Click on the Print button to display the Print Dialog window.
  3. Select a printer and configure the print settings before closing.
