SKU Aliases

Some external systems e.g. Amazon allow you to indicate that you can also supply a product that another merchant has entered on the system. In such cases, when you receive an order for that item, the order may contain the other merchant's SKU.

eShopCONNECTED provides a mechanism to match such SKU's to the corresponding Inventory Items in Connected Business.

Setting the EnableSKUAliasLookup config to Yes creates an additional SKU Alias Lookup tab on the Config Settings form.  Selecting this tab enables the expected source SKU, to be entered and the corresponding Connected Business Inventory Item to be selected.
