Shop.com eShopCONNECTOR
As part of the standard install, eShopCONNECTED creates a Shop.com Connector source which requires a separate Activation Code to enable it. If you want to use the eShopCONNECTOR for Shop.com, then you need to set the enable Shop.com checkbox in the Activation Wizard. Once the Activation has been successfully completed, you can then configure the Shop.com source.
The General config group contains many of the same settings as the Generic XML source. See Configuration Settings for the settings details.
The Shop.com config group contains the settings which are specific to the Shop.com source as follows:
| CatalogID | This is your unique ID which identifies you as a merchant with Shop.com.
If you have more than one CatalogID for Shop.com, you will need to select the required number of accounts in the Activation Wizard which will then allow you to enter multiple Catalog IDs. |
| StatusPostURL | This is the URL where eShopCONNECTED will post all Status updates to Shop.com. By default it is set to https://admin-amos.shop.com/get_order_status%21251.shtml and should not normally need to be changed unless Shop.com notifies you of a change. |
| FTPUploadServerURL | This the FTP location where eShopCONNECTED will upload your Product files to Shop.com. |
| FTPUploadUsername | This is the Username required to access the FTP location where eShopCONNECTED will upload your Product files to Shop.com. |
| FTPUploadPassword | This is the password required to access the FTP location where eShopCONNECTED will upload your Product files to Shop.com. |
| FTPUploadPath | This is the path where the eShopCONNECTED Windows Service places files that it needs to upload to Shop.com. By default, this is set to C:\eShopCONNECT\FTPUpload and the Install Wizard should create this directory for you. |
| FTPUploadArchivePath | This is the path where the eShopCONNECTED Windows Service places files that it has uploaded to Shop.com. By default, this is set to C:\eShopCONNECT\FTPUpload\FilesUploaded and the Install Wizard should create this directory for you. |
| SourceItemIDField | This setting defines whether the Shop.com Inventory Item IT_SKU or IT_SOURCE element contains the Connected Business Inventory Item identifier. |
| ISItemIDField | This setting defines whether Inventory Items are identified using the Connected Business ItemCode or ItemName field. |
| Currency | This setting defines the Currency that eShopCONNECTED uses importing records from this source. |
| PricesAreTaxInclusive | This setting defines whether Inventory Prices are sent to Shop.com, and Orders received from Shop.com, as Inclusive of Sales Tax (VAT) or excluding tax. |
| TaxCodeForSourceTax | This setting defines which Connected Business Sales Tax Code is to be used for Orders received from Shop.com with prices that are Inclusive of Sales Tax (VAT). It is not used if the PricesAreTaxInclusive setting is set to No. |
| DefaultUpliftPercent | This setting defines the percentage uplift which will be added to the default selling price of an Inventory Item to generate the proposed Shop.com selling price when first publishing an Inventory Item to Shop.com. |
| XMLDateFormat | This settings defines the Date Format to be used when sending data to Shop.com |
| AccountDisabled | This setting defines whether the Shop.com CatalogID is active or disabled. |
