Send Customer Account Statements
Overview
The Statement Run menu item allows you to produce multiple statements and send to customers with overdue debts through the Statement Run Wizard.

Steps
From the Customer module, sselect Customer > Statement Run. The Statement Run Wizard will display. Click Next button to continue.
Set the criteria for selecting customers to send the statements to. You choose a combination of all available criteria. You may filter transactions by age date, by customers, minimum balance, debt chaser and/or sales rep group, and you can choose to include all transactions that are in dispute. Click Next to continue.
Select the customers you will send the statements to by checking the selected customers by checking the check boxes in the Select column. You may change the currency in which to display the balance rate in the statement by selecting the currency from the currency field. Click Next to continue.
The statements are created for each customer selected. Click Finish to exit the wizard. The Print Dialog window will display. You may set your preferences before sending the statement of accounts to the customers. You can choose to print, or send the statements via email or fax.
If you want to send statament of accounts for a single or specific customer, you can go directly to the Customer Detail form and select the Send Statement button from the menu. When the print dialog displays, you can either print the form, preview or even fax and email to the customer.
