Online Shopping

Online shopping differs very little from the real shopping experience we have from browsing physical stores and checking out live. To have an insight on how it is different, see the diagram below:

As you may notice, online shopping process has an additional step - the registration - that is crucial to providing customers the convenience and perks online shopping has to offer.

Nonetheless, nearly everything else stays the same. The only thing different is the medium. With the Online Shopping process we now shop within the comforts of our own home. We can browse entire catalogs of items, select from the myriad specifications of items and check them out simply by following the convenient processes of the webstore.

  1. We browse on the available products that are being sold by first inquiring on the sections of the store where you could find the items you want to buy.

  2. Upon finding the item you want, you will then check its physical characteristics, price, brand, etc., before deciding to put the item in the shopping cart.

  3. When you have all the necessary items that you need, you will then go to the cashier to checkout these wherein its equivalent total will be accounted for.

  4. The necessary payment for this order is then given to close the purchase. Thus, the item or items can then be taken home.
