This article helps you define and manage different company-related entities that are of importance to the better performance of your system. You will need to set these items up for your Connected Business to run smoothly.

 

 

 

 

 

Maintain Country Details

  1. From the System Manager module > Setup > Country.



  2. The Country setup form will display. Select the country entry to modify from the List Tab.



  3. Switch to the Detail tab. The details of the selected country entry will display. Modify the details according to your preference.

  4. Save the details before closing the form.

 

 

Maintain Postal Code Details

    1. From the System Manager module > Setup > Postal Code.

    2. The Postal Code setup form will be displayed. Select the postal code entry to modify in the search screen in the List tab.



    3. Switch to the Detail tab. The details of the selected postal code entry will be displayed from the General tab. Modify the details accordingly.



    4. Switch to the Tax tab. The tax percentages of the selected postal code entry will display. Modify the details accordingly, if needed.



    5. Save the details before closing the form.

Maintain Autonumbering (Document Types)

  1. From the System Manager Module > Setup > Autonumbering.



  2. The Autonumbering form will be displayed.



    Select the entry you want to modify from the List tab to view its properties at the Detail tab



  3. Modify details as necessary and save your inputs before closing the form.

Maintain Rounding Rules

  1. From the System Manager Module > Setup > Rounding Rules.



  2. The Rounding Rules list will be displayed. The entries inside the list are the rules you may set to define numbers in your tables within Connected Business to be rounded off based on the rules set.



    You may also activate or deactivate Rounding Rules from each corresponding checkboxes in the Active column.

  3. To modify or manage properties inside the listed rules, select one and click the Detail tab.
