Enable Webstore Mobile Version

For online businesses, it is important that your customer can access your website, anytime and anywhere, even in their mobile phones. Since most mobile phones offered in the market today are almost capable of communicating over the Internet, Connected Business gives you the ability to enable the mobile version of your website in selected devices.

To enable the mobile version of your website,

1. Go to eCommerce module ► Setup ► Application Configuration. The Application Configuration window will be displayed.
2. In the search control field, search for the MobileDeviceSupport appconfig. The AppConfig Detail form will be displayed.
3. In the Config Value field, indicate the mobile devices which you want the mobile version of your website be accessible to.

Disable Webstore Mobile Version

If you want to disable the mobile version of your webstore and have your customers view your full website in their mobile devices, simply delete all the mobile devices listed in the Config Value field of the MobileDeviceSupport appconfig.
