Enable Is Load All Items Option

If you want to automatically load all items in the shipping window, you may enable this shipping configuration to view the list of items included for shipping. Otherwise, you may set the value to FALSE to manually add items.

Steps

1. Go to Setup > Shipping Configuration button. The list of shipping configuration will then display.
2. Search for Default.IsLoadAllItems on the list of app config.
3. Set the Value = TRUEto automatically load all items in the shipment form for Sales order or Sales Invoice.
   
4. Click Save and Close button from the menu.
5. From the Shipping module, select From SO or From INV button from the menu. The list of sales order or invoices will then display. Please refer to Shipment Transactions to process any shipping forms.
6. On the Package Content section of the shipment form, you may notice that all the items are loaded. You may check the items for delivery.
