Hello,

I am trying to install CB Express edition but I get the following error during installation:

"Downloading of installation data from the web failed. Please make sure you are connected to the internet"

I have recently implemented a 10 user CB system but I didn't realise that CB doesn't allow multiple bills against a single GRN. This is a common practice in general and specifically with this client.

What can we do to facilitate this client as they are not happy with this situation.

I have another 40 user system I am working on which hasn't gone live yet but they will have the same issue.

Please advise urgently.

I had tried what you suggested but in my case I get the following error during upgrade:

I have installed CB on two different machines and on each PC I get an error when logging into PC. I have never seen this error.

When I try to login to DemoUS co, A popup message is displayed "An update of this version is now available. the system will perform the update and will restart." when you press OK (this is the only choice) it tries to run update tools but throws an error:
