Import Business Intelligence Layout

Business Intelligence can be exported and imported in case where you need to have it saved on your local computer or open an existing BI layout from your local folder.

Import a Business Intelligence Layout

1. From the System Manager Module > B.I., select the BI Layout from the list.

2. Select the Import Layout buttom from the menu bar.

   Determine the location of the layout file (in XML format) in your computer and select the file to load it in the Business Intelligence Viewer.
   
   
3. Once opened, the system will automatically generate the dashboard code. You may also specify the name of the BI layout on the dashboard code field.
   
   
   
   
   

Export a Business Intelligence Layout

1. From the Business Intelligence Viewer, select the Export button from the menu bar.
   
   
   
   
   
2. There are three file formats you can export your business intelligence to:
   
   
   1. Export to Excel -save BI layout in Excel format. Click Yes on the subsequent dialog prompt to open the excel file.
      
      
      
      
      
   2. Export to PDF Format -save BI layout in PDF format. Click Yes on the subsequent dialog prompt to open the PDF file through Adobe Acrobat or any default PDF reader.
      
      
      
      
      
   3. Export to XML Format -save BI layout in XML format.
