Create New Business Intelligence

 

Creating Business Intelligence is a key feature of the System Manager module. With this you can interactively create charts and pivot tables while maintaining the convenience of integrated data across all Connected Business modules.

Creating a New Business Intelligence

  1. From the System Manager Module > BI button. This will display the Business Intelligence list screen.

  2. Click on the New button to bring out the Business Intelligence designer screen.



  3. You can navigate through the designer tab easily - the upper part is the chart area while the bottom part is the fields area, where you load the data from the Data Source tab.

  4. To design the look of your charts for the Business Intelligence, see Designing the Chart.

  5. If you want to customize an existing Business Intelligence, see Adding a Custom Field on Existing Business Intelligence.

  6. Click Save or Save and Close to save the newly-created Business Intelligence. You will find the new Business Intelligence on the List tab.
